Glimpses of what's to come!

This week was quite the week for us! On Tuesday, Andrew was given his MOS! Andrew is now a logistics officer for the USMC! We are both really excited that this has happened! We know that God is preparing us for some amazing things! We don't know much about what is to come next, but we are hoping to find out more information within the next few weeks! My friend Elissa said a GREAT quote that would accurately describe our life now...and forever (especially in the military) :

"Too often we want to know the future when God's will is merely to show us the next step we should take." - Ray Pritchard

The question God has been asking me consistently over the last month has been "Do you trust me?" and "Do you have faith in me?" I really resonate with this quote because it reminds me that my nature is to want to know what life will look like years down the road. Yet it also reminds me that all God is commanding me to do now is to have faith in Him, trust Him and let Him do the work. And when we need to know what to do next He will show us. Because He IS faithful and He IS trustworthy! Praise be to God!
